Thevan Teerpendrum Puthiraanathu from Nee Pathi Naan Pathi

A late Saturday night, over here in Malaysia. I am listening to replays of an old song from 90's titled Alli Alli Veesuthama. Vague, if I have posted it before.
Fromm said this - "Who will tell whether one happy moment of love or the joy of breathing or walking on a bright morning and smelling the fresh air, is not worth all the suffering and effort which life implies.." So right as rain. Life is never easy. Not for anyone - including the all those nouveau riche listed on the Forbes. But, this life. It goes on - despite the downs and all. The ups keep us sailing high.
I watched this movie many years back - while I was still in school. When love was inaccessible and remote. And, purely hypothetical. But, this love story left me startled - and, not to mention, puzzled. Love seemed everything but reassuring - in this one. I cried, of course. Despite the fact that love was abstract, at that point of time. This particular song comes last in the movie - but the one, most beautiful. The perfect combo of Dr. K.J Yesudass's voice, Maragathamani's composition and Vaali's lyrics. An emotional number that you must give a try. Good night.
